al-Buraq.org Return and Refund Policy

Return window: Items purchased from al-Buraq.org may be returned within 14 days of the order date, including weekends and holidays.

Please note that the return window begins from the date the order is placed, not the date the order is delivered.

Refund amount for returns within 14 days: If your return is accepted within the first 14 days of placing the order, you will receive a refund of 85% of the order amount. The remaining 15% is deducted due to non-refundable transaction costs from our payment processor and restocking expenses.

Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are not covered by al-Buraq.org unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Item condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. Items should be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with any original packaging, accessories, or included materials when applicable.

If an item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or in a condition different from how it was sent, we may reduce the refund amount or decline the return.

Returns after 14 days: Returns requested or received after the initial 14-day period may still be accepted at our discretion, but a 30% restocking fee will apply.

No returns after 30 days: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the original order date.

Quality inspection before shipping: Before shipping, all items are inspected to help ensure that they are in good condition and ready to be sent to the customer.

Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@al-Buraq.org so we can review the issue and assist you. Please include your order information and, when possible, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Return approval: Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior communication may be delayed, reduced, or rejected if we are unable to identify the order or confirm that the return meets our policy.
