Shipping Policy for al-Buraq.org

Fulfillment time: Orders placed within the United States are generally fulfilled within one week of the order being placed.

Please note that fulfillment time is separate from the courier’s transit time. Fulfillment refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, inspect, package, and hand the order over to the shipping carrier. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time will depend on the courier’s shipping speed, service level, and any delays outside of our control.

Quality inspection: Before shipping, all items are inspected to help ensure their quality and accuracy.

Shipping address: Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it to the correct address. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or price differences required to resend the package.

Courier selection: If you have a specific courier preference, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Otherwise, we may select the shipping service we believe is most suitable based on cost, delivery speed, availability, and reliability.

Retail and fulfillment partners: We may work with third-party retailers, fulfillment centers, distributors, or shipping partners to process and ship certain orders. As a result, your order may arrive in packaging from one of our partners or may be shipped directly through their fulfillment network.

Special requests: If you have any concerns or special requests regarding shipping, delivery, or packaging, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, in shāʾAllāh.
