Forgiveness of Sins: Abdullah ibn Amr (RA) narrated: Rasulullah (PBUH) said: “There is no one on the earth who says: ‘None has the right to be worshipped except Allah and Allah is the Greatest and there is no might or power except with Allah,’ except that his sins are forgiven even if they were equal to the foam of the sea.”

Attainment of Religious and Secular Objectives: Allama Panipati (RA) has related from Mujaddid Alf-Thani (RA) the following daily wazeefah for the attainment of one’s religious and secular objectives: 100 times Darud Sharif, 500 times: لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله, and 100 times Darud Sharif.

The meaning of لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله has been explained by Rasulullah (PBUH) himself. It means: “There is no might to avoid disobeying Allah except by the protection of Allah and no strength to obey Allah except with the help of Allah.” One can reflect on this explanation when reciting it.
