This book by Āyatullāh Sayyid ʿAlī Khāminaʾī contains 1,009 legal rulings (masāʾil sharʿiyyah) and his latest fatwas on the topics of prayer (ṣalāt), fasting (ṣawm), and spiritual retreat (iʿtikāf). He declared that acting upon it is sufficient. The handwritten text, along with his seal and signature, has been published at the beginning of the book.
